Kalamatika: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika is an academic journal published online and in print twice a year, April and November, by Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA (UHAMKA) in collaboration with Indonesian Mathematics Educators Society (IMES). This journal focuses on mathematics education and disciplined inquiry into the teaching and learning of mathematics. The scope of the journal is (but is not limited to): High Order Thinking Skills in Mathematics, Learning Media or Manipulative Tools or Teaching Aid for Mathematics Classroom, In-depth Systematic Literature Review (SLR), Qualitative or Quantitative Educational Research, Educational Design Research or Design-Based Research (DBR).
Every received article should follow the Author Guidelines. Any submitted paper will be reviewed by reviewers. The review process employs a Double-blind Review in which the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewers.
Kalamatika: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika is indexed by Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Science and Technology Index (SINTA), Garda Rujukan Digital (GARUDA), Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (BASE), Google Scholar, and Dimensions.
Before Submission
The author has to ensure the manuscript has been prepared using Kalamatika's template following the author guidelines and not a single author. The single author's paper is just for the invited author or the author with a great reputation for research or publication in mathematics education. The manuscript should also have been carefully proofread and a similarity check (the proofreading certificate and similarity check result may be attached as a supplementary file in the submission process). Any manuscript that does not meet the author's guidelines, focus, and scope, is written in a different format, or has poor English sound will be immediately rejected. Only the manuscript that meets the Kalamatika: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika standard will be processed further.
